The LIFEGUARD 83 master switchboard for the distribution of power supplies is used throughout major construction projects. It provides master isolation, sub circuit protection including sub-board distribution (typically LIFEGUARD 16, LIFEGUARD 17 and LIFEGUARD 7 units), site hut reticulation (LIFEGUARD 15.06) and provision for lighting. It is fitted with RCDs to provide protection against electrocution for staff using electrical equipment in the near vicinity of the switchboard.
The LIFEGUARD 83 range is fully adaptable to include MCCB main switch up to 600amp, wall mounting straps, in ground mounts, power lock connectors as well as provision for metering, crane connections and alimacs. It is available in a variety of different current ranges and configurations.
